01 Are the EDC products sold by M-EDC authentic?
Yes. We source and sell authentic EDC products from different brands and makers. Some items may also be customized or hand-finished by M-EDC after the original product is sourced.
02 What does “Mod” mean on M-EDC?
“Mod” refers to products that have been customized or reworked by M-EDC. This may include resin finishing, decorative inlays, engraving, surface treatments, or other handcrafted modifications.
03 Are M-EDC customized products official brand editions?
No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, M-EDC bespoke products are independently customized pieces and are not official limited editions or official custom versions released by the original brand.
04 Will handcrafted products look exactly like the photos?
Not always. Because many bespoke pieces are finished by hand, patterns, textures, color distribution, and small visual details may vary slightly from the product photos. The overall design and color theme will remain consistent.
05 Do you offer free engraving?
Yes. Free engraving is available on selected products. If engraving is available for an item, you will see the customization option on the product page.
06 How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination and the product. Most non-customized items are typically delivered within approximately 8–14 business days after dispatch. Bespoke or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipping.
07 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. M-EDC ships to many countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your destination.
08 Are customs duties included?
For eligible orders and destinations, duties may be covered by M-EDC. Please refer to the shipping information shown at checkout or contact us before ordering if you are unsure about import taxes or customs fees in your country.
09 Why does my handcrafted EDC have small marks or tiny bubbles?
Some handcrafted resin or custom-finished products may have minor hairline marks, tiny bubbles, or subtle variations caused by the manual finishing process. These are normal characteristics of handmade products and do not affect normal use.
